Joinery according to plan

With the modern 6-axis ROBOT unit, Sidler Holz AG processes all 6 component sides in a single pass (without overturning), in cross-sections up to 300mm x 1250mm, at speeds up to 12,000 rpm and with automatic changeover for 16 different tools. This results in precise joinery according to plan.

From CAD drawing to high-precision solid wood component

The ROBOT unit carries out all common operations in the carpentry joinery sector
precisely and cost-efficiently - automatically combined with saw blades,
drills, marking pins and a wide range of milling cutters.

A newly developed measuring and feed system and a new clamping device (in conjunction with machining speeds of up to 12000 rpm) ensure high-precision machining in visual quality.


Sidler Holz AG offers cost-effective wood purchasing, if required with precise joinery according to plan, thanks to its own CNC-controlled joinery machine.
